My amazon order of SF4: CE is also delayed - I had preordered as soon it was made amazon.ca’s website.
As for my TE stick, I ordered through LizardLick.com, Madcatz messed up - but Chad is on top of things and has assured me that I will get mine when the next batch arrives.
Flux, I’m from Montreal too - I been searching for these sticks EVERYWHERE. I found out that Gamezone in Verdun was supposed receive some TE’s and SE’s this week/next week; I called and no one can give me a straight answer.
Tried looking for an alternative, but with all this hype, arcade stick prices are sky rocketing…
I pre-ordered the SE, TE and even the fight pad here in Toronto. Fight pads are showing up slowly. I heard the main Toronto area will see the tomorrow (25th). The fight sticks might be coming this week too. The TE stick won’t be out until March 15th and now since Madcatz has bumped their order big time, we will most likely see these things on that date. Yes it’s true, madcatz is producing a lot of TE’s, just check the main website the TE stick say Available April 2009.
I’m a little peeved though that people who’ve only pre-ordered the stick last month got it already and me, who did an order in December is still waiting. EB should distribute these things a bit better if you ask me. No offense to Dudeman5000 or whoever got their stick already. But you guys would be peeved a bit too if you pre-ordered something last year and those that threw a pre-order on it last week got it already and you didn’t. It’s the crap-tastic EB and their silly staff who work backwards. I mean why can’t they give us clear answer? If they don’t have one, ask Madcatz for one because this is getting out of hand. Especially if EB took pre-orders aka our money for these things.
There has been 1 xbox fightstick at my local eb for 2 days. I call every day and they still dont have the ps3 ones yet but theres one xbox one still lol. They are even getting extras for the sticks. Im in vancouver though which is probably a high priority spot for the sticks.
