You can just add the game while you are there. They will make an announcement as to when they are doing SFxT signups.

I still didn’t get an answer on the spectator fee. If I’m there just to watch the tournament, will the spectator fee allow me play casuals?

There will be casuals all over the hotel. If there are free setups in the main rooms you would be allowed to play casuals, but they are usually pretty much taken up by tournament play. But seriously about 99% of the rooms will have setups up and running.

Okay, anyone coming out for Melty or Arcana (Saturday), I want to start taking signups from 1pm-2pm, start brackets by 2:45. Also, I will be running Aquapazza and Chaos Code side tournaments on Sunday. Signups from 1pm-1:45pm, start brackets by 2:15. EXBOARD with Arcana Heart 2 will be there.
