I like when Guy says “nothing personal” and just runs away… somehow he’s back the next round though.
The win quotes from vanilla SFIV were the best, because they were character specific. Now they just generic since SSFIV. But anyways, my favorite is Akuma’s “The weak do not deserve a rematch, but an open grave bearing their name.”
Another one is one of Evil Ruy’s taunts, where he says “Is this what I truly seek?”

If we’re talking text quotes, then I love Rufus’, and many of Akuma’s, especially one that was taken out after vanilla (too brutal?)… too lazy to look it up, but it’s something like:
