Just a few off the top of my head

-Lau chan
i was really decent with him at one point in vf 4 to evo to vf5, but he really is one of the most boring characters i have ever used, he’s effective but so dull, from his combos to the personality, you die a little inside with every win.
I’m not in the vf chracters are generic camp i like alot of them, i like how there fighting styles are represented in game, but lau is the on exception to rule

I don’t find Balrog too offensive to be honest. He was modeled after Mike Tyson who was at the time a “Thuggish” Boxer. Apparently, the original design for Dee Jay from Capcom Japan was so racist that Capcom USA had to design the character themselves.

I don’t think there’s any FG character I dislike more than Seth. Fucking Seth. EVERYTHING about this character sucks. Capcom took every bad decision in SFIV, multiplied it by 2, and then wrapped it up in a lazy, generic boiler-plate boss character with hardly any original moves of his own.

• Dive kicks? Let’s give Seth one off a hard-kick that can also cross-up, and can be performed form toe taps.
• Hit-confirms? Yeah, he should have those, but let’s make his have more range so he gets 10x longer to confirm
• Safe DPs? LOL, awesome idea. He needs this, but make it hit-confirmable as well. And give it forward momentum so that it beats half the casts’ backdash
• Lots of characters have good defense. I know! Let’s give him a wall-jump AND a teleport!
• Vortex? Lets just give him everything, but also an SPD just to fuck with people in case they guess right on the 4 other options. Woop woop!

You forgot that someone thought it was a good idea to make an SPD-backed, FADC-able DP with forward momentum that just so happens to have the most i-frames in the game. It’s the liquefied fart dressing on top of the “fuck you” cake.

Nah, I just hate his design and his move set.
I mean, he’s basically got Kyo’s move set with the DP kick and Athena’s shield… But I just don’t like the way he looks when he does them…
Something extra unnatural about his movement.
