That effect is an Echo and messing with the pitch on the returns.

Do we have the convert-to tools? I found the convert-from tools/steps, but that whole knowledge area seemed to be a mess.
I was probably thinking someone did a converter already like with the XA format on psx.

The MVC1 annoucer didn’t actually say the name of the crossover super. She would say something like “CROSSOVERCOMBINATION FINISSSSSHHH!!” when the super move was displayed.
CVS2 announcer is OK, but he was just trying to be like the Alpha 3 announcer, especially when he says “GO FOR BROKE”. The Alpha 3 announcer made those words popular.
I like the gritty Tekken 3 announcer. Yea, he sounded like an MK announcer was he was cool, especially in Force Mode (“Chicken”).
RB1 announcer was hilarious when he said "GAME OVVVVVVEEERRRRR!!
