Zero Lancer is great since I use him against Gil.

HF: Yea Short Jump C = Fast Fall j.C. Is fast fall j.C the universal notation? I wasn’t sure if one is clearly defined. I think if 6C were a true overhead, it would be broke beyond belief. As for the BnB, my combo does about 4k before the activate with a non prorating move. Plus it looks pretty with all the yellow and red flashing around.

Gas: Yea the B super doesn’t scale or prorate, making for some pretty insane combos.

It did originally make mad that 6C wasn’t overhead, but the dive kick shenanigans involved with it would make it way too good. By the way, do you have a full-life combo with Zero Lancer, I haven’t gotten anymore than 8000.

A death combo with Zero Lancer? Maybe if I could find a way to get the grail super plus his B super in one combo, but that would take alot of investigation.

I tried that, it doesn’t work. :sad: There is too much lag and start-up between the B super and the grail super.

I don’t like how early he activated. It’s given me a good idea though.

Just did an 8800+ combo with the grail super just now, omg it does hella:

Yeah, it’s called fast fall j.C but I think the shorthand notation is j.[2]C, where the [2] means you hold down while jumping which also implies a fast fall. I’ll probably transcribe those combos onto the wiki page since Z.Lancer only has one listed for him, and it would be a good reference. I’ll probably add the fact that his 6c isn’t true overhead either in spite of the description.

And yeah, one time when I was getting comboed by Z.Lancer, I nearly got a seizure. All those flashes every time he attacks and the sparks every time they hit just makes me go @_@. I can somehow ignore it when I’m doing the combos, but when I’m getting hit by them? Not really. :V

I would think this makes 6C->j.214(X) mixups way harder to read. I was noticing the same thing too.

Does anyone use ps3 to play this game? I just switched to ps3 from ps2 and I don’t really want to start over with mission/unlock char. If anyone could upload a save file with most/all characters unlocked and maybe most missions, I’d appreciate it.

not sure if that all works cause my execution is shitty but I know the 623A into hold punch and 623A to late j.B to 623A again works. Just don’t know how it works all in one combo haha
