did you guys get XMvSF up? I have money matches lined up for that, but need a machine to play on. I’m sure dogface, fanatiq, reset and finesse wouldn’t mind either.
Tonight could I get reserve a console setup for Tatsunoko vs. Capcom? Seeing that UAS is coming around next week, I’d like to, once again, promote the TvC scene in SoCal in preparation for EVO. I’d also like to run a tournament on Saturday, Jan. 30. I’ll call who ever is on the telephone line later today!

Megaman: We got an upgraded multi-game cabinet at FFA now that runs it perfectly. Have to fix the monitor a bit and smooth out the control panel but Justin tried a bunch of combos on it and they all worked fine.
We are already discussing to have a console setup for the new tvc once the game drops but until then it will be TVC Arcade. But im on top of the new Tvc dont worry

Thanks for everyone that came out for friday night gathering for SF4. Lots of people were there and it was very exciting to see more people than last week. A big thank you to striderzer0 for streaming and recording the SF4 fight nights, a big thank you for DJ VEST, HUGO101, and Sherryjenix for running the clipboard for matches. And also a big thanks for Marn, FlashM, and Perfect Sin for coming through to show some love to California. And don’t forget the biggest thank you to Ralph and the FFA Staff for making friday a place for the fighters!!! Hope to see everyone at the next one.
I don’t go out to this arcade much, I don’t like a lot of things about it but I did enjoy myself.
I sat down to play 3s on the Japanese setups and there was a leak in the ceiling directly above me, constant droplets of water hit me and the screen, quickly making everything slightly wet. YUCK! 
SF4 was kinda fun but I don’t have a decent stick and all too often the sf4 stations were covered by one guy sitting alone in training mode because no one else who wanted to play him had a stick. It was fun when others were nice enough to let me use their controllers but I don’t think this event was for me.
It was nice to play Marn but I don’t think I’ll be coming out again, there’s no need to drive out of my way to pay double the price on SF4 than the arcade in my city. It seemed like others enjoyed it considering the place was packed, I just don’t care for FFA.
Keep playing you ffa people, maybe I’ll come out for a major tourney if FFA hosts one.

Sorry to hear for your bad experience but we did stated to BRING YOUR OWN CONTROLLER. The only time the station that had both working controller was the one you played Marn, myself and FlashMetroid. Later on the night more people came with sticks and everyone was playing SFIV and there was no training mode after 8pm. When 6pm hit, there were over 15 ppl there and no one at the time bought a stick, Sorry about the water leak though, we will try to fix that ASAP.
Yeah so many ppl asked to borrow my stick, not that I didn’t mind but because of it, I couldn’t go to the other sf4 cabs…BYOC PPL…There is a reason for it… :nono:

are the fights from that night available to watch somewhere? I know it was being streamed so does that mean theyre out there somewhere or was it just live? not too tech savvy but just wanna watch some of these. GG’s to everyone that night too.
