This is awesome. Is there a specific format for SFxT? 2v2 would be fantastic, but I just want to play it in some form.
I actually forgot about how different of a format SFxT could be, I want players to get ready for that 25th anniversary and RevLA tournament. I will DOUBLE check for you man and post it up here!

Me personally, I think this game should be 1v1. Something about teamwork in a game that doesnāt require me to bomb a base or protect a certain area doesnāt sit right with me.
But 2v2 it shall be. Players will split their earnings and stuff. Bleh.
I donāt mind 2v2 that much. I just hope maybe after the first or second weekly we start seeing people really -pairing- up and develop synergy. If that happens in time for the 25th Anniversary tournament, Iāll be happy.
Had one more question, though, if itāll be 2v2. Will entry be $10 for each team, or $10 per player ($20 total)?

If these tournaments are supposed to help prepare for the 25th anniversary tournaments, shouldnāt sfxt be 1v1? And since ssf2 hd remix will be somewhat relevant again because of the capcom tournaments, are there any plans for tournaments in that game?
I doubt there will be people actually playing HDR, if there is a demand then fuck yeah I will try and get the sponsor on deck for that. I read the rules earlier this week and 25th Anniversary is 2v2. If you have a link to the rules being changed please let me know man!
EDIT: just reread the rules, and you are right! SFxT is 1v1! But there is a 2v2 āside tournamentā for cash prizes and such. I will definitely change the rules back to 1v1. Thanks for the heads up!
