Updates: New stick installed on Japanese 3rd Strike. Since we have a month until our next ranbat, we’ll have time to come up with a hybrid US/JP 3rd Strike setup. It looks like a lot of players stepped their game up this time around, and we hope to see you around for the LA Riots Qualifiers this Monday!

By the way, I need to say something, not directed towards anyone in particular:

At FFA we provide joysticks for players who show up to the tournament without one, free of charge. Ralph tries his hardest to provide for the fighting game community (and would have brought pizza again but he had to drive up to San Francisco for the weekend). However, on Saturday, someone walked off with one of our black Hori EX sticks. PLEASE check your bags/car to see if you accidentally took it home with you. We will accept it, no questions asked. However, until we get it back, there is a possibility that we will not be able to lend joysticks out at FFA tournaments. Thank you for your understanding.

seriously?? jacking sticks? cmon son… dont be an idiot. just come clean cuz ffa has been running these ranbats really sick. starting earlier and ending earlier. dont ruin a good thing.

you could just return the stick to family during the day on a random ass day and we can keep it all hush hush. but if u just get caught anyways… ull have more problems than just not having a stick.

oh and if you didnt already know… THERE ARE CAMERAS… idiots.

That sucks…Honestly, There was a huge amount of players I’ve never seen or heard of at the last ranbats, There were also a lot of, with all due respect, skeptical looking people. I also noticed a lot of TE sticks laying around after a match. Pleas people…If you use someone’s stick, RETURN IT.

Also for today: If you borrowed a stick, PLEASE check it back in at the front desk after each match. You will need to exchange ID like your Driver’s License for a stick. I’m really sorry about the inconvenience, but I’m sure you understand.
