I’m level 4 and had to kill 2 guys + a robot but it worked out well with my mace and buffout/med-x/psycho and some stimpaks.

Nope. Power armor training is just for the power armor/helmet items and items similar to it.
Instead of using a power fist though, I suggest you pick up the Fisto! from the MDPL-13 Power Station, located 1D on this map: http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout_3_map

about Characters

So you can get Dogmeat, Charon, Fawkes, and Star Paladin Cross.
Dogmeat is in the scrapyard, directly north of Megaton and across the river. #32 on the map. He’s normally what most people start off with (either due to nostalgia, or the fact that he’s the safest thing to get to 
) He doesn’t level up, but he’s a hardass nonetheless. Can still take bullets, missiles, and grenades before getting killed off. After a battle if there are no enemies around, his life will auto-restore to full without stimpacks. He can be a pain in the ass since he has to run to enemies to fight them, but he can also serve as a great distraction when there are multiple enemies. He also doesn’t count as a “party” member, meaning you can have two others for a total count of three (the max being two) Can’t equip or hold jack shit. (wish they gave him some saddle bags or something ) You can get him at any time.
Charon is in Underworld, a section of the Museum of American History #71 on the map. Has a special combat shotgun (that you can’t get :sad:) with infinite ammo and a low clip, but high accuracy that never needs repairing. Dishes a good amount of damage out and can take it as well. Tends to be a bit aggressive and charge headfirst into battle (read: Suicidal…shit’s not cute at times.) Can be equipped with any armor. you can get him at any time.
Fawkes is in Vault 87.#35 on the map. I’m not saying shit else, because I don’t want to ruin anything for you. Just get her. Take my word for it. Chica has a Gatling Laser and can dish out SUPER stupid damage and take the same. Can’t beat that. Plus, she can carry one of the largest loads, making lugging shit around easier on you.
Cross is in The Citadel. #87 on the map. Cross leans towards melee but can use (and is good with) whatever weapon you give her. Dishes out damage, takes it. Used to guard your father when Project Purity first started.[/details]

Jericho is a bitch compared to Charon. His accuracy and that shotgun are unfuckwitable.

i have a slight problem. i somehow lost the vault 101 suit that you originally get when you’re escaping. it had like +5 lockpick and +5 repair. i havent been able to find another one. is it for sale anywhere or does anyone know the cheat to get another one?
