That just made my day
Bisons super must be considered a fireball, and if so, then Fangs slide would be invincible to it. Thanks for the info!
Implication/Application: If you throw a poison upball, and opponent tries to throw a super fireball (ryu, bison, whoever, and of course range dependent), that means we can cancel to the slide and avoid taking damage and maybe even punish. Really good info to know.
If it’s ryu you can do that as long as he is reacting to seeing the upball, if he confirms with a trigger activation you’ll eat the CA unless you did ex upball which has slightly lower recovery.
Bison might be riskier due to the range
This is a really good video. A must watch

I like this Fang player. I think he was doing a setup at 4:58 and earlier in the vid: EX cloud, whiff st.hp, j.hk.
at least this fang is legit … but why does reiketsu keep getting hit with cc sweep > ryobenda ? i always go for the same setup and good players (gold league) have no problem blocking it i have to analyse this
He blocked it once. But for the most part the fang player would alter his timing and the type of slide he would do on his wake up.
Having trouble with Dhalsim as F.A.N.G? I made a video showing some ways to blow up some of his wake up options

There’s also a video of SonicFox beating up on a kid in part 3 or 4 of the pools footage on Capcom Fighters youtube.
the boss is in da house … one thing for sure : gen players do like fang after all
does anyone know how is sweet daddy goodlove ?
he used that setup after CA i posted (the finish of first game) i like his fang

Needs help against Cammy, I can’t seem to win her normal attacks.

Needs help against Cammy, I can’t seem to win her normal attacks.
[/quote]Her normals are too good to beat out right. The problem here is your not waiting your turn. When she is on the offensive on the ground, you have to block and defend attacks. Wait for her to push you out or attempt a mix up. Then you can retaliate, usually with cr.MK or st.mp then get away from her.
The real problem with your set however was you were impatient.
Watch the video carefully, at many points you chased too hard or used meter recklessly when you had life leads and poison applied. You didn’t bait enough of Cammy on wake up eating cannon spikes. Most of the time as far as her normals go, you would block all her attacks and she would yolo a cannon drill which you would punish but for some reason chase her down instead of setting up shop. I just found it odd.
Could have used cr.mk and st.mp more. Spacing was too close to Cammy in her favor. Cammy’s normals are fast and can combo well, your not going to beat her normals at that range. Space out things like your st.hk or cr.MP, don’t do it point blank, always try to hit at the tip of the attack. I think you would have did well that set if you used your tools more, especially defensively.
IF your ever unsure of what your opponent will do after a knock down, just use the wait and see approach. Especially in the case of a first to 3, you have plenty of time to learn your opponents habits.
@AhChang work on your neutral game before you start worrying so much about match ups. if you’re both just swinging wildly, cammy’s gonna come out on top because she’s better equipped for that. pace yourself, and think.
