You can’t copy a model from a sprite. You can do it the other way, but not 2d to 3d. You can copy the general art style and moveset of a character, though.

Decapre seems to obvious. Against the Capcom quote “not on anyone’s radar.” A reveal in December and Decapre just seems too easy.

If it’s a doll, Santamu gets my vote.

But here’s a small theory, hate it or leave it what you will. Ono had tweeted that Canadians have been requesting a character. Maybe if they retcon Fevrier as a French-Canadian (Quebecois). That will be fan service!
