The fifth character – who will, in true Capcom style, be unveiled closer to release – won’t be a brand-new creation, but new to the Street Fighter series. Until the curtain is pulled back on this mystery fifth pugilist it’s tempting to see USFIV as Capcom at its iterative worst.

Or a character that could control water would be appreciated since we have everyone but that. He could have little bubbles that could trap the opponent or overhead water bombs that deal some heavy damage or such. Heck let us have a rasta samurai who unsheathes his blade from his tied up assortment of dreadlocks.

Maybe this character is some smooch from GTA V. With all the recent hype, its a guy whose ultras include a move that shows the simulation of life including tennis, stealing and dogs humping. His second ultra is more classy with him locking on and beating his opponent senselss until he gets a message on his phone about bowling. In rage, he throws the phone backwards as he walks away from the downed victim. Then a massive explosion, because you know; cool guys dont look back at explosions. Oh and billions of dollars rains down on a perfect victory.

You know I was thinking of that Namco and Capcom game that was released years back. Maybe theres a character in there that could be from the Namco universe but not in a fighting game.

Ono just asked a crowd if the fifth character would be A or B. and the crowd said B, so that may be the name of the next character.
