I was just playing random people and I think my connection is fucked up. Every single ping was red/orange, even though my PS3 is wired and we have 15MB download speed (I’m not sure if that’s ‘good’ or not).

Honestly? Because you would play a set with a dude on GGPO and they would go into global chat and shit talk like they smashed you. So at some point everybody* started saving screencaps.
