Just because he has experience, doesn’t necessarily mean he will do well. I like potter over almost anybody on the west, he went 10-1 against chunk supposedly which sounds unbelievable to me, but against ec, his track record is not very favorable.
I.E numerous losses against justin wong, which is not a big deal. 0-2 against yipes (evo 2k6 and evo 2k5) 0-2 against smoothviper (evo 2k6 and eccxi), getting last place at eccxi elections 10 man invitational. I think I saw a MM against demon hyo at eccx where he lost too. Then again he beat sanford individually in the team tourney at evo 2k6, so maybe he excels in one game matches, or maybe that was because sanford sucks as he says.
Call me a hater, or a stalker, if you must, but facts are facts. I watch too many match vids. I like people with a personality in the mvc2 scene so I like Bill/Potts/DP on the team.

Clearly, you are just putting facts where i lose, similar to how those who record my matches only put the matches where i lose (lol). You can start the “potter shouldn’t be on team wc” campaign, and unsurprisingly, you’ll find plenty of evidence to back your statement. You can message me on aim and we can clear things up. I don’t want to make you look more foolish than you already are. Especially with the nickname as “the marvel stalker”. Also, its unfair to use ecc results against the players that have actually ATTENDED. Until wc players feel the atmoshpere, they’ll never know what its really like. I don’t expect too many players from the west coast to go to the east and just dominate. It’s not going to happen. Also, vice versa, i don’t expect any of the east players (aside from wong) to place well on the west. That’s just the way it is. Conclusion: you shouldn’t hold ecc/evo east placings against the players from the west that made the trip because the person you think would have done better probably wouldn’t. I do respect your knowledge, since you obviously know a lot, but not everything is recorded or posted online.
P.S. i beat erik at eccx (eliminated him), and me vs. yipes was 1-1 at evo2k5.

Why on earth would you think about nomitnating every single name on the WC. Preppy is a great guy but I’m sure he’d tell you in a heart beat that he isn’t nearly skilled enough to play on the WC team.
