Im backin rashaan on this, yall really dont seem to understand that justin picked it because it was his BEST chance against yipes. They play each other all too often, and no one is tryin to fuck around with big money on the line. During tourney each player realized what they had to pick, and justin chose the 50/50 msp match up. Everyone who says otherwise obviously hasn’t seen 2k7 YIPES… his msp is beyond compare.
Also, key note of marvel semis: Demon Hyo gets 3, yes 3, perfects in semis
However, none of the reset’s he did were nearly as good as his 100% 3 character reset.
5 on 5 was sick. We played it after the finals in a hotel. West Coast won 16-9.

It’s too bad Bas didn’t play against Justin Wong. Justin Wong beat Bas last year and he also was on a hot streak vs Japanese players as he beat Tokido and Kindevu. It would have been interesting to see what might have happened between these two. I think Justin would have given Bas a tougher match then Ricky.

In 2001 there was the B5 tourney and in 2000 there was B4. These were considered the Evo predecessors.
