Knowing the results real time via a stream is great, the partnership with IGN or whatever last year… meh… I paid for it, but I feel like I would have rather gotten a DVD instead.
I’m sure theres issues with the commentators and things said on a stream that cant make it onto a dvd for copyright issues, but I think a stream + dvd would still sell.
I mean last year’s throw down for SF4 with Justin/Diago and the boxer madness was worth the 20 bucks I paid. Not to mention seeing Sanford get what he’s deserved for a long time ! (he won MvC2)
Bring back the dvd’s so we can force our wives and gf’s to sit thru stuff they dont care about… please ?
I would watch it on ESPN, besides I’ve seen shittier programming on ESPN(Magic The Gathering, Putt Putt Golf/Spelling Bee to name a few).
