I am hosting a 5v5 SF4 tournament in my garage next week. The regions are:
NYC
Texas
Atlanta/Florida
Chicago/Midwest
Washington State, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Idaho, New Mexico, Montana, Wyoming, and California.
The final region’s representative will be from Idaho.

Agreed. That way a great variety of people/characters/play styles can play. It’s still the same overall format, just you are guaranteeing everyone plays.
What is the exact demarcation for Southeast? Where does MD/VA fall in that category?
