Honestly I really don’t want to be there all day, Most of the started games I don’t care for normally when I go to evo, I mostly want to see the last games or the more popular games, But since I know from experience that the seats always empty out after a game and fill up quick for the popular games I tend to sit there at least one game beforehand so I can get a good spot for the games I do want to sit through and watch for the rest of the night.
This evo I showed up during the tekken finals, no offense to anyone meant but I personally don’t enjoy tekken, I stayed through the whole day, actually really enjoyed MK and mvc and sf4, didn’t really enjoy the 3rd strike exhibition and skipped on blazblue.
I don’t agree with paying for seats only because evo has been known to be a free spectating event, though with the way things are moving I could see it going into an MLG like event with spectator passes. Would suck to have to buy those ontop of everything else but honestly I wouldn’t hold it against EVO, once again everything else is doing this from MLG to SC2 events etc. Discount would be nice though for participants and volunteers
