I would PM Mr.Wiz to see if there’s anything else he can do for you. He actually gave us quite a bit extra time after the original cut off date so at this point if you didn’t register you were out of the loop. I never do stuff on time so it was cool to be able to still save money.

Okay, since 6 pokemon may be too much for the short notice, we will lower it down to 3. It’s a bit easier plus it will take less time to play in between the scheduled tourneys.
And yeah, depending on the turnout, we may push it up to $10 a person.

Last week(Tuesday, I’m sure), when I heard that the rate was the same for another room, I reserved it. Then this morning, I made the call to see if I can do an early check in. However, they noted that I had TWO reservations, one for coming in on Friday, the other coming in for THURSDAY, which is the one I changed the week PRIOR. I sort that out, the clerk making no mention to me that the rates have changed.
I check my email just a few minutes ago, and I see a confirmation email AND a cancellation email sent within 3 minutes of each other. I call reservations, but get disconnected immediately. Ok, no biggie. Sometimes it happens. I call again, and speak with a dude named Justin. He tells me I had ONE room reserved and that a second room which would be at a different rate. I asked for the rate, and he told me to hold. Then I got disconnected again. This won’t do.
GUYS: If any of you made a reservation and never got an email confirmation. I seriously suggest you call Stamford hotel. They’ve been fucking up my order lately; I got a CANCELLATION email today, when I simply called to change my reservation!
EDIT: All seems well for me now: I still have both rooms at the same rate, but I suggest that everyone check their own just in case.
