I hate my OWN fucking MAS stick. (Dragon punch motions are God awful on it) So I obviously don’t like console tournaments and I don’t have the money to buy a new good stick.

If more than one person wants to, sure. But I’m definitely NOT putting it on Saturday. I don’t have the energy to run 3 tournaments on one day single-handed. I’m also going to be entering GG teams, so I wouldn’t have much time to run 3 tournaments. Sorry. :[

Alright well I decided that I’ll throw Alpha 2 at 5pm and atm Hyper Fighting will be cancelled unless theres enough interest (and if im up for it) I’ll run one! But A2 is definetly a go so lets find out who’s truly OG in the EC!

With the recent news and hype of pocket monster diamond and pearl pretty much if you didnt already know Nintendo is sponsoring big bucks for this game once america gets the Wii release of the game. I pretty much have been spreading the word around about this big 1 million dollar tournament and alot of ppl have been showing big intrest including myself. Pocket Monster is one of the most cometetive games out despite its lure with younger generations, ALOT of ppl are it…SO anyone who has a DS and the game bring it to evo this weekend and we’ll put together a pocket monster tournament.
Everybody put in 5 a pop and its winner take ALL basically here are the rules

Pocket Monster D/P

$5 Entry
Wi-Fi Lv 100 battle
3 on 3 battle
1 game…single elimination
you must register 6 of your monsters ONLY for the entire tournament
ALL legendaries are banned and NO HACKED Monsters! I will check every single monster and stat before the tournament to make sure of such, if you use either you will immediatley be disqualified!

Now bracket will be drawn up according to state/region so you wont play your friends early. Basically once you register Friday and your opponent has been named you have up until Sunday morning to play your match but all matches must be played before Sunday morning. Just find out who your playing then work out a time where you both are free and able to play your match and just report to me the results. This is a very leisure and lax schedule and will work out for everyone since it gives them time to play/concentrate on theyre tournaments chill/eat or whatever without a strict time constraint.
Thats pretty much it. This is just to get a feel of what will be instore for the later tournaments with the big $$$$ so power up. Justin and Infinite will no doubt be down for this and I may raise the entry to 10 or more if ppl are hardcore!
