Jesus…the real question is what do I have to prove.
According to the community, this is pyrolee’s 3s career: all his wins mean nothing and all his losses mean everything.
And now I still get crap from noobs who didn’t touch the game for the decade it was competitive and who actually believe they are better than me, despite never winning anything when there were actually people to, you know, challenge you. They look at the random casual vids we post now and try to find every flaw possible, always overlooking the obvious that I play 3s like once a week now in a far less competitive environment with a far less competitive attitude.
And please stop comparing me to all the foreigners who went (aka followed in my footsteps) to Japan (no offense to Ryan) for years and then MOVED there to play and do well in tournaments…I think by that point, you’re no longer a foreigner but an actual Japanese player…I accomplished all of that already with far, far, far less time in Japan.
I was the only American to call out the entire American community for its suckiness and prove I was #1 all along despite ALL the online ignorance.
I was the only foreigner to ever give Japan a run for its money in 3s…the only one to go there, attempt to transition to Japanese sticks, attempt to take in all of Japan’s skill and unseen characters at the time, and actually kick some butt (for the WEEK I was there). What do you think would happen if I actually MOVED and LIVED in Japan? Sigh.
You really think I couldn’t do it all again if I wanted to? lol…
Just cherish my legacy…I was a pioneer in this game…charting dark waters and showing you another world…please don’t make me rise from my grave to embarrass the American community…AGAIN.
To sum this up: I am a genius. A real-life genius. I am as far beyond mutants as they are beyond you. I am eternal.
P.S. Console and online 3s are not Street Fighter 3: Third Strike…they are some other type of inferior game.
Scrubs like ryu24 and exodus are the reason I don’t post actively in any forum or fb group anymore. You guys don’t want to learn and think your opinion means something. Peasants in the world of 3rd strike.
Pyro is right. I havent considered myself an American player in a long time. As does everyone else in Japan.
I was and am still very impressed to know how good pyro became by just going to Japan a few weeks in his entire life.
Pyros my buddy, but even if I had a problem with him (like so many worthless people do) you can’t deny facts. But all you idiots who talk shit on me or pyro will never play us because you sit on Ggpo and talk shit on the ghetto chat room.
I’m pretty sure it’s the fact we both called you out on your constant itch to showboat on how you’re the “greatest 3s player in America” that made you feel anxious to post any more of that.
it’s always the same argument. seems like it’s usually a handful of arcade players vs GGPO players. no need to do this all over again. arcade players don’t respect online play, online players say “it’s all we have and you have a shitty attitude” etc etc we’ve done this all before.
Ryan’s a cool guy irl. has been helpful whenever I asked him for advice on facebook too. I’ll vouch for him in person.
I’ve been watching the 3s boiler room casuals and I suspect there’s only a couple Americans out there who can hang at pyrolee/5 star’s level. maybe I’m wrong but since no one travels it’s kinda pointless to think about too much.
