Best Hype Moments/Comebacks in MVC2 that I can remember:
Potter v. Demon Hyo MM FT10 (where Mahvel Babee) originates. Video had many quotables including mango sentinel and whatnot.

Nelson v. fanatiq (first to 7 or 10) MM at evo 2k7 i think. Nelson had beef with fanatiq and vice versa and the trash talk is legendary. Nelson and fanatiq go back-and-forth in one of the most underrated money matches ever.

Erik v. Demon Hyo during the elections qualifier tournament (ECCX I Believe). After a drunk erik beat hyo he goes crazy hitting the machine and yelling “I’m one of the fuckign best”. Probably the great Mvc2 moment I’ve witnessed live.
J360 v. Potter SBV? Anyways, this one is interesting because you get a view of the crowd while J360 is performing an impressive comeback. Erik v. Potter ECCXI (Pools/could be semis): After Erik beats me he takes off his dipset shirt and yells “I’m fucking dipset” and rips off his under shirt and breaks one of the stools and falls to the ground all in one motion while losing his voice. He was hype because I eliminated him the year before. Then repeatedly tells me to “go home”. Greatest Mvc2 rivalry imo.
