1.)Does the 149 excluding tax include “hidden fees” aka the resort and service fees?
2.)Also what time does day one start? (for booking airplanes and arrival times ect…)
3.)Is there any package bonuses?(discounts on stuff)

This is my first time coming to Las Vegas or anywhere far so I would like to get some other details about the hotel rates. If they are too expensive, I might book at my University. I was looking for other options. Thanks.

I booked my room back in the first week of January, single bed.
Question: How can I tell which tower my room is in? Is there ANY indication at all as to where our rooms will be located? Or will we just have to show up and hope for the best?
Our contract states we will be in the forum or palace towers. In June the hotel will know which tower you are in. Hope this helps.
Are there going to be any more rooms available? They currently have the 2 beds available for some days, and 1 king bed available for others, but nothing for the whole weekend (at least fri/sat/sun)

The hotel won’t bill you until a month before the event (June)
You can cancel until 3 days before arrival (July)
How many times already has Wiz had to call the hotel to get new spots…5 times already?

I’m trying to book a room right now (Check in Thursday and check out Monday) and it seems everything is full. Two bed rooms are full all 4 days and the 1 bed are full on Friday and Saturday I believe. Are more rooms going to be added? Can anything else be done at this point?
I should have registered earlier, but I was afraid friends would bail and I’d be left paying for the room since I’ve been unemployed =/ Bah, this sucks.
Edit: Never mind, Orbitz has really comparable rates to the Evo deal. I just snags the room through them.

I was going to ask if more Sunday rooms were going to become available at any point in the near future. I originally intended on staying and checking out Sunday (as per my current reservation) but now we’ve decided to stay Sunday and check out the following Monday. Thanks!
Hey Wiz, you said that we can check in on the 7th and stay until the 13th. However, in the drop down list for checkout date, I only see up to the 12th. If my plane ride is on the morning of the 13th, shouldn’t the checkout date be the
13th?
Also, do the people at the hotel care how many people are actually in the room? I was thinking of getting the $149 room for me and 3 of my buddies, but I don’t want any problems when we arrive there.
