You can just hammer depending on the spacing and it will connect after Rain Storm
Both cancels work, Twister gives you a bigger window to do it and has more blockstun, but it’s a projectile so while you do have more blockstun, it ends a fair bit earlier and your second character can ge punished.
Crazy Dance is a true blockstring that can’t be pushblocked and has less blockstun overall. If you want to lock them down just for a bit while the tag finishes cooldown, I go for it.
Alright folks I’ve finally settled in on a couple BnB’s. One midscreen and one in the corner that both do over 6.4k with my corner going over 6.5k. For me their optimized as in being able to do them consistently, in a match and still doing pretty good damage. Let me know what you think. y’all are doing shit combos … this does 100 damage less for no meter, than the meter combo at the top of the page.
this guy posted this on Reddit forever ago and this is the actual best Dante combo. works off everything too. Start a combo with your point character, do an early KD, and go to jet stream xx crazy dance for the corner carry and pick up the combo from there. the c.LK link after crazy dance doesn’t start dropping until about 4,800 damage or so. j.HP xx hammer will drop at very high damage too sometimes but you can leave out the j.LP to fix that. The ender, as far as I can tell, is HSD proof
Damnit. Right after I made a Dante combo video too. LoL. This is great. 7k and 6.3 meterless is Godlk. If only I could do something similar with Panther =-(
