Great tourney, best one I’ve been to since showdown 5. Only gripe was too few tvs so I couldn’t get barely any casuals in at all while I stayed. Then when someone finally did bring a tv to use as a casual station in marvel, it gets asked to use for tourney and I’m playin my losers semis or whatever it was on that little tv with sun glare and no sound lol. It’s understandable though when you’re runnin that many games in such little time.

Duane you better believe I’m gonna get you back at Trashday for doin me like that in winners. That was some real good shit though, Im up 1-0 and almost my whole team vs 1/4 sent and some im left and you got all those unblockables, throws into im aaa and other bs to come back, I give you your props, cause I thought you were done lol. Wish it was on tape cause I still don’t believe I let that one go, I really want to see it again.

Good shit on beating me in the final game of the mms j360 when I had big leads and looking like I’m gonna take it free then IM just does inescapable gbs and steals it. Should have flied up back way more and next time you can count on me taking out magnus to get rid of the stupid inescapable gb haha. Can’t even pushblock sob xx hail out of that shit, ridiculous.

Nice playin you VDO your team is serious. Made the few dfw people there laugh a lot. Best part was after you got done playin your matches with creecy he comes up to me and goes “DAMN that nigga hit hard!”

Nice meetin you Shoultz and your other fla people you were with, like I said earlier, try out storm, cause to me, sent/doom is trash lol.

Thanks for the compliments preppy, wish we could have played some, I really do want to see what your megaman would do to my anti-megaman strats. Some other time perhaps.

Oh and Preppy, j360 and whoever, it doesn’t really bother me that much, but I’d prefer Jake.

jake has the best cyke I have ever seen. Dood was making comebacks with full cyke and either 20% storm or sent vs teams.

Yo. I had alot of fun. ST casuals were great. Guilty Gear players are too serious! I went 0-2 in that game, but I don’t feel too bad, as both the players I lost to were good. Only time I felt like I sort of choked was in my first third strike match, but GS to the guy that beat me for taking advantage of my nervousness.

Please use a Sharpie to put your name on your sticks and adapters and etc. People randomly grabbed my adapter many many times, but since it had my name on it, it was easy enough to sort out. I’m not saying anything missing wasn’t deliberate (the PS3?), but – it’s at least a half-assed ability for anything lost to actually get back to you. :sad:

I didn’t do anything with pizza thief guy, just took a picture of him and figured I’d publicly out and shame him. I’d love to know who he was. We need an end to grimey-ness.

Sounds like you guys outdid yourselves with this year’s FR. Good shit to Larry, EMS and everybody else that helped make it possible. Top notch job as usual. Also congrats to the winners, placers and participants who were just generally pleased at how they did.

I really hate I missed it. I’ll try very hard not to miss next year (learned back at FR9 you can never say never).

This may have been the best tourney I’ve ever attended. Too lazy & sick to do full shoutouts, but above all else I wanted to say GOOD SHIT to Larry & the rest of the tournament organizers! Keep doing what you’re doing, and I will do everything I can to make it to your event in future years.

Also good shit to everyone I played in ST & SNK stuff. And all my boys in Ohio, you know what’s good. And Beast of Fire for a HYPE FIRST-ROUND MATCH…really the whole GG tourney in general, that was without a doubt the best American tournament ever for that game.

And especially fatherbrain for fixing up the TVs, you were the MVP of Friday night. Killer Gief too!

I hope to make it to the new East Coast major and MWC, so see you then!

tourney was lots of fun. shoutouts to all, too many to name at this point(maybe later). it was great to see so many familiar faces again, its too bad the hotel tv situation was kinda lame. much thanks to everyone who held me down with prose props and plenty other things.

level of gameplay just seemed exceptional in all games, i must say. its really nice to see some of the names im familiar with from the boards doing well in games. wish i could do that :bluu:
