It actually includes it, you can check the Main Post, it has all the tournament games that will be run at the event. I just keep forgetting to add the Brawl players names into the prereg list. I will later. =p
If all goes well, I can count this as the first event of a circuit series, but it really depends on how it turns out. I have no problems running a city circuit to attract players from OOS and increase the player base in the city with a location to play every month.

Thanks for the Set Ups guys. I am working with Game Stop atm for a Sponsorship in games. Hopefully I can get it approved by this weekend, if it does, then whatever games we are short on GS will donate to us for the event. I’ll try to get that settled by this weekend as well.

Hey,do you guys have an age limit or anything? My friend and I are 15 and are interested in attending(probably ssf4)

There really is no age limit.
But I am happy to talk to your parents at the tournament if they have any questions.
I am trying to work on getting a few sponsors, they may not sponsor this event, but they will probably be there to check it out and if it turns out good they might sponsor future events. With either cash bonuses or free games or other goodies for everyone. So hopefully I get everything set in stone and ready pretty soon.
The quicker I get stuff finalized the quicker I can start posting flyers and hopefully with increased advertisement I can get a much bigger turn out for everyone. I am sure I can get many players for all the games, this is Chicago after all, the 3rd biggest city in the US. I am positive I can get a big crowd if I advertise in the right places.
I am accepting help from people if they want to help. Also I will be working out a new format to run the tournaments and not have everything run off of one main spot so it gets over crowded and stuff happens. Hopefully the new format I use to run this event will help in future events and help get stuff done a lot quicker.
P.S. Who wants to help me with a Flyer. I am just asking for a standard one. Send me a PM and I will tell you what I want in it. The best Flyer gets used as the tourney flyer and that person will have their Venue Fee Waived as well. <3
