It’s rather pointless to try to argue what’s sexual or not, especially in a random fighting game general discussion thread. A large majority of societies have deemed female breasts to be sexual while male breasts are not. There isn’t a real rhyme or reason to it. As far as when censoring is needed or to what extent to block the obscenity, that’s so difficult to define even judges can’t explain. I’m referring to Justice Potter Stewart and his famous phrase “I know it when I see it.”

In short, don’t bother trying to justify or draw the line of what is acceptable. Might as well ask what makes an object a chair vs. a table. Both can have a flat surface, less than 4 legs, be any size, etc.

It could be because breast are specifically intended to feed babies so it’s a direct correlation to fertility and thus sexuality. On the whole I think women’s bodies denote more visual cues of fertility fhen mens so that’s probably why men are allowed to wrestle in underwear and still not get condemnations for being exposed.
