This isn’t reform, this is just holding your agency accountable. Essentially, this is all people are asking for.

I’ve seen first hand the gang mentality, excessive force, no consequences and getting absolutely shit on with write ups, partner switches, district transfers or termination for speaking up for doing the right thing.

I vividly recalls times where I was off duty and was harassed by officers and they only stepped off cause I could identify myself and flash a badge. I recall times after I left being harassed.
