This isn’t devils advocate you playing here, you post misinformation plain and simple.

Bernie didn’t want to tax 29K and up households 52%, he wants to tax the 10 Mill and up households 52%. 29k and below would be exempt, 31,200 a year households pay only 4% which is less money that most people pay now for medical insurance premiums.

In Canada we have universal health care with a bunch of government programs but someone who makes 30k doesn’t pay anywhere close to 50% in taxes, more like 12% and that’s not even counting the money they receive like tax credits, family benefits…
