i remember that its possible to go under a tatsu with cr.RH or a focus with the right timing so i guess it can work
You could always slide under Gouken’s fireballs. I don’t know about Seth though.

I’m gonna use this as an example. IPeru is a phenomenal player; take nothing away from that. But I’ve seen too many Fuerte miss on the maximum punish.
Every chance you are given you need to punish with YOUR maximum punish.
Jabs and throws are nice but don’t put any added pressure on your opponent. Hit then for 30-50% of their life for one mistake and you add some extra fear and pressure.

50-yen’s Fuerte truly feels like a berserker Fuerte (excellent execution of RSF) with great execution of the Fuerte OS and safe tortilla setups.
His Fuerte definitely feels like it’s always on the brink - doing risky things to get big rewards - really really interesting Fuerte playstyle.
