Does anyone know for sure how many frames Fuerte must run before being able to do anything? Like Sudden Stop, Tostada Press, etc. Is it 6? And after inputting Sudden Stop, does it really take 3 frames before being able to do something else? Or is it zero frames? Please help me.

Sudden Stop: -/-/3
Tostada Press F Dash: 6+20/7/34
Shower Kick: 16/2/11

This is where I wonder "what’s with that 6+20. Is 6 how many frames he must run before jumping into the air?"
Along with the Sudden Stop’s 3 frames of Recovery

The reason I’m wondering is because I’m trying to figure out how much of a frame trap cl. Fierce x Run x Shower Kick can be, given that the execution is as tight as possible. If El Fuerte has to run for 6 frames before being able to stop, and then another 3 frames of Sudden Stop recovery, then that looks to be… a 4 frame frame trap.

Work Shown:
Cl. FP cancels into Run on its second active frame, leaving the second active frame, plus 17 frames of recovery, plus the 3 frames of Frame Advantage on Hit, equaling 21. This minus the 6 frames of required Running, minus the 3 frames of Sudden Stop recovery, minus the 16 frames from Shower Kick’s Start-up Frames equals Negative Four (-4). So it’s a 4 frame frame trap at its best.

Counter Hits from Shower Kick are +8 on hit are great for restarting the Run Stop Fierce (8 frame start-up).

Looking at the cr.MK loop doesn’t even make sense when you do the math with the frames. I want to get to the bottom of these run stop frame data mysteries as well. Does cr.MK also cancel on the second active frame?

And if a move is +8 on hit will a move with 8 startup link, or does it have to have 9 startup frames for it to connect after the +8 move, resulting in the 1 frame link?
