Gridman did okay. Side note: Handstand frame traps are only viable if you plan on switch cancelling Helicopter or Perchflop Kick. Front Stinger is +1, every other handstand option is at least -13 though and can be interrupted by anything. Plus there’s the fact that they can just raw launch for free.<br><br>That japanese player using Christie though was not very impressive. I mean, he kept trying to hit confirm with the cr.lp, cr.mp chain and got punished everytime on block. Christie has so many ways to safely hit confirm at mid-range. Chains should only be used for tight punishes really. I face palm everytime I see a Christie player do empty jump into a “guess ABC chain”. That is such a horrible habit. Why empty jump low chain when you can empty jump low tekken chain or link safely? I’ll never understand some players.<br><br><br>

fun thing to note is that Christie can land 6-7 normals in a
combo and 10 normals off a rasteila reset. In the video I use
questionable double switch cancels just to be able to get the 10
normals requirement. You don’t have to do this, it’s just to show it’s
possible to get all gems active very fast in a single combo or reset.<br>
I choked so hard in the second match.
I’m still trying to figure out how are you doing the feint cancels…I can’t get it
