Boil some delicious water.
Grab a fuckin’ egg.
Throw it in that water as hard as you can.
Boil it up reeeeaaaaal good.
Prepare a bowl of ice water with ice and water.
Reach into the boiling water and grab that newly hardened egg.
Slam it in the ice water like it’s nobodies business.
Once it cools off, peel the bitch.
Put it in a little baggy with mostly soy sauce and vinegar, but also some ginger, brown sugar and/or sake if you like.
Open up the fridge and make some space, cuz that egg is going inside for a day.
Do some shit.
Come back tomorrow and cut that egg in half or slice it with an egg slicer.
Lay that egg on a bowl of ramen or some rice.
Prepare for sensual overload.
Give me all your money.

Every now and then I do a hash mash. It’s everything I have in my fridge that’s edible. Extra points if it’s about to go bad soon. Mix it with some eggs, rice, potatoes, soup, macaroni, spaghetti whatever I have sitting around in my fridge and it’s win. Throw some cheese on it and it’s almost as if it was meant to go together. :tup:
