this is so hurtbag i though i would just go eb games and pick up a wwe brawl stick for 360 but no. cant find an arcade of any kind anywhere. all any store has is the tekken stick, but cmon those are shit. this sucks, looks like i have to back to being a pad warrior.

Now I can’t decide whether I should get the XBOX 360 Madcatz fightpad and an adapter to use on my PS3, or whether to get the ps1/2 adapter for XBOX360.
I found this site last night. This guy is in Vancouver. Looks like he is getting a stick that is exactly the same as a TE stick (same parts) that is compatible with XBOX/PS3 and PC.
I was getting a couple before and much higher prices that what he is charging so i would jump on it. here is the link hope this helps
BTW i was playing WWE all stars all of last night. The game is screwed up but still is fun. Didn’t try it with a stick though.

Also if anyone here plays mvc3 on PS3 please let me know; I added random people but it seems the majority play on xbox. I’ve been playing online for the few days and my experience has boiled down to:
- Really easy guys
- Really good pros that ocv me
- Laggy unplayable dudes from USA and other countries

Online is broken. You cant add people in “players met”, when someone wants to use a made up character is take AGES to load. Reversals are too random and the list goes on. I sent an email to a friend of mine over at THQ and told him my thoughts. It won’t go any where but at least he got some feedback from someone he knows.

Thanks to my trip over to Shiros a while back i understood how the combo system works and been working on my game. I still screw up the odd OTG here and there and do far too many random supers but im not bad.
I accepted your friend request on PSN but I only have MVC3 for the 360 sorry. I find the netcode to MVC3 to be complete ass. Playing against local players there’s various bits of input delay or bad lag.
The definitive best player in Edmonton at the moment is David. Everyone after that is subjective since we haven’t played against each other since that tourney.

I only know 4 characters and some bnb combos but I played a lot of mvc2 before so I shouldn’t be terribly scrubby…I still can’t get used to not being able to mash assists all the time tho lol.

Yeah, it was David vs Hai. To me that was David’s MvC2 skills coming into play because Hai called in Doom assist and did something unsafe with Phoenix and he saw the punish opportunity and double snapbacked. There’s so many reasons why that moment was so critical in that match.

Talked to Kevin and I thought about getting a stick for a while but I love the PS2 controller (triggers are better for fighting games than any other controller including ps3 i think) and made and I also recall having a lot of trouble getting used to MAS sticks when they first came out.
Hopefully shipping is fast and I can get some practice before that tourney in two weeks!

We should have a side mvc2 tournament at the tournament. My mvc2-sentinel actually improved by playing mvc3 for some reason.
