personally I find hooking my laptop up to a PC and using an arcade stick to play all those old games w/an emulator is better than actually playing those games on their original consoles, with the original controllers
the feel is slightly different but classic RPGs especially are more fun with fast forward & save states

Deja vu, same as me. If your lucky maybe it’ll just fix itself over time like mine did. When I tried trolling online with it, it came back to life.

Well if it doesn’t Chuck, might as well get ordering a replacement part. Its kinda cheap and well, if it doesn’t fix itself by the time it gets there, its ready to get fixed up anyway. My replacement part for mine came the other day, and I’d sell it to you but I can’t lie, I don’t trust in my stick staying magically fixed-by-itself forever. Unless it was a Trapper Keeper in a past life, hmm.
Other things to try are opening it up, disconnecting it and reconnecting it (wiggle the connector gently, it has a glue on it you gotta go slow), and then opening up the microswitches and seeing if there’s anything weird in there like the little stubby plastic thing out of alignment or something. Worth a shot anyway.
