well you see, when a person picks akuma and eats your moves cuz all he know how to do is jump fireball, your automatically cheating because the moves other charachters have that can pass through the fireball, or standing at the other side of the screen and shooting his ass down as he whiffs fireball after fireball is automatically cheating. because the fireball should be walked into and or jumped into and eaten every time…its akuma for christ sakes he doesnt lose

There are some rules to this so listen carefully and DO NOT EVER HARM THE RULES!

   If your opponent got DIZZY jump back and wait thil he get it of its unfair hiting an opponed how can not fight back!

   NEVER use a move over and over again spezialy not when you notice your enemy is weak to this move its not fair to abuse weaknesses if you do so you will nevr face the true skill of this fighter ever!

   DO NOT use throws! NEVER! EVER!

4. Rule
   if your opponent do not hafe a fireball DO NOT USE IT! its like bring a knife to a barehand fight its unfair!

5. Rule
   Early Atacks are CHEP never use them spezialy when they harm rule 2 as well!

6. Rule
   The correkt amount of spezialmoves usage is TWO! never ever use them more often in a chain as 2 times its allowed to use them again when you use 4times other spezial moves!!

for Guile player this rule takes care as well so your maximum Sonic Boom and Sommersould amount per row is 4 USE THEM WHISELY!!

7. Rule
   Only use Super moves when your opponent hafe less helth then you!! never use them to tourn a fight tourning a fight with one move is CHEESY! got it?

8. Rule
   NEVER EVER use the time to win! its more cheesy then even possible!!

9. Rule
   if your enemy won 2 rounds in a row PRESENT him the 3. round free! its more cheesy then ever to make a comeback after you show that the opponend is much more skilled than you

10. Rule
    NO Crossover moves! its unfair becouse its so hard to block!!

NEVER COMPLAIN! iv anybody beats you by not obbay rule 1-10 he is chheesy and not worth to complain!
