Easy Fighting Games?

Breakers are perfectly fine once you learn to do real combos.

Beats me. I mean it has shortcuts and auto-correct DPs and shit but there’s some grind in learning a character’s execution. It’s easy for people who aren’t into FGs I guess because they don’t care about this stuff. They get moves that are easy to perform, gigantic reversal windows etc. I don’t think anyone who takes FGs even marginally seriously should consider SF4 easy.

That’s not to say it’s good though lol.

Anyway Akatsuki Blitzkampf is really easy to learn but I don’t know if you’ll get people to play with you. Battle Fantasia has some easy characters to learn. That’s all I can think of except for some old school arcade games like Karnov’s revenge. HDRemix isn’t hard as far as learning basic shit is concerned. Plus you can learn things that can make your character nasty fairly quickly; and the game is so well understood that no one will fault you for doing “cheap” shit.

Don’t play Breaker’s Revenge. It’s a good game; except for the Breakers.

I’ll tell you what, I got into this whole scene thanks to SFIV heh, I did however play Mortal Kombat Triology and Street Fighter 2 in the 90s though. But, just saying, when I first picked up this game it was anything but easy. Now I can play it a lot better then what I started but, i’m far from being remotely good still.

When I was talking about a easy fighting games I meant easy to be good at it, like Smash Bros but I don’t wanna play Smash Bros cause I don’t like Brawl and i’m taking a long break from Smash since that was my fighting game through out the years.

I’ll check out some of the games you guys suggested, I just want something easy on the side to play pretty much.
Also, this Naruto Ultimate Ninja 4 looks pretty fun too, I may go buy it.

I actually picked up that Battle Fantasia game last week haha, I believe I was playing as the cat girl maid.
And Akatsuki Blitzkampf looks tight as hell, guess i’ll go search up what platform it’s on.

If you want easy just stick with SF4, doesn’t get much easier.

Breakers Revenge, World Heroes Perfect and Fighter’s History Dynamite aka Karnov’s Revenge are pretty simple to pick up.

Jackie Chan in Fists of Fire definitely deserves a mention here.

Game is a blast and basics can be picked up pretty easily.

Pick up guilty gear accent core 2. Learn to win with Johnny 3. Everything is easy after that.

A little game called Marvel vs Capcom 3 would like a word with you. I can’t think of a more “easy-mode” mainstream fighting game out right now. Aside from Smash Bros or TvC.

TC, fighting games really aren’t easy. The best ones are pretty difficult.

Arcana Hearts 3 is pretty easy apparently but I doubt that’s the case… I heard Halo is pickup and play!

Well, there IS that Ninja Turtles fighter that came out a few months ago…anything else is just gonna SEEM easy…until you play against someone who isn’t a scrub. Then you will probably just want to never play again. Don’t feel bad. As someone once said “There are many guys like you ALLLL over the world!”

Easy games depend on your skill level. Top players often find any FG easy and it doesn’t take long for them to be dominating any game.

In terms of hand execution requirements games are getting easier because more leeway is being put into the game so its easier to do what you want. SF4 series comes to mind, most VS games on the outside are also like this. But behind the easy mode that these games are giving you is some depth, taking advantage of things that werent meant to be done in the first place (roll canceling, unfly stuff like that).
