I have to agree here. If you go memorial day weekend you wind up with trouble booking rooms because people will be traveling. Plus, there’s always a little more traffic, etc. Definitely the first weekend.

Last weekend in may is preferable for me. College and Finals are all happening the first week, so it’d be overall less stressful to have it after it’s all over.

wtf, f jersey. Should’ve had this on LI, tons of schools in nassau county that probably could’ve held the event and maybe even Stony Brook could’ve held it. Anyways, i vote for first week in may.

I think out of respect, before anybody starts talking about throwing majors in May on the EC, ECC organizers should be contacted.

I don’t want to go too deep into the state. I just spoke to a woman at a hotel in Morristown. We’ll see how that goes. I want the place finalized by the latest Monday.
