Hey guys can anyone help me out? I was trying to book a room at the Hyatt for the tournament and it keeps telling me “No Arrivals on 06/24/2011.” Anyone know whats going on? Do I need an access code instead of trying to register as an attendee?
Edit: Are all the rooms sold out already? Like wtf?
Edit2: It appears that the 99 dollar rate is not available Friday the 24th. The standard room rate is 119 and there is plenty of those rooms available. Sat there is the 99 dollar rate though. I guess a ton of people are checking in Friday and thats why the rate is gone, but I’m just glad to be able to get a room.
That shouldn’t be the case. I emailed my rep, hopefully I’ll have an answer on Monday.
When meeting at the hotel last week, we received approval to play until whenever we want on Saturday night in the ballroom. We can seriously keep it going until like 4am if we really wanted to. Not saying that we’ll keep the tournament going until 4am, but knowing that eases the tension of curfews, allowing us to run another game or two. Guilty Gear is definitely top on the list to be added back into our roster. Joe and I will discuss it some more and see what we can come up with.

Hey John,
I just spoke with someone at the hotel. The rate of $99 seems to only be applied to Saturday the 25th. We were planning on checking in the 25th and leaving Monday the 27th. The contact told me that the rate for the 26th was $229 and I didn’t even bother with Monday.
Can you see if they can block off from Friday to Monday for us at $99?
I Live in Union, NJ and i will be there. So is this tournament on a PS3 because i only know how to use a PS3 controller lol.
