Alright as for the exhibition
its going to be a state based civil war single elim tournament(basically a qualifier per state) that only two can make it out to represent the state then it becomes a single elim 2v2 state vs state tournament. It’s going to be free entry and any state can join as long as they have at least 4 players to try to compete.
I’m thinking of throwing in a prize of $50 or $100 to the winning team/state.
I’ll take signups just have a name and state ready.
Any suggestions or questions let me know. :tup:
This sounds sick Fran! One suggestion just for the region I’m located in. I don’t want to speak for all of MD/VA on this matter but perhaps count MD and VA together as one state?
I’m not entirely sure who will be going to ECT3 that will be interested in 3rd Strike specifically aside from a few people so I’ll have to get back to you on this. Just wanting to know if that would be an option. Thanks!
VA/MD should definitely be put together imo.
I actually do consider MD/VA to be one state so yeah it’ll be fine. Hopefully everyone else agrees :tup:

Don’t worry Teams is happening as well. Maybe single elim 3v3 or 2v2 Waseda style. You should all decide and i’ll talk to quotes about it.

And why single elim? Im fine with it I am just curious and is singles single elim?
Single elim makes a 3v3 run faster and with less headaches and single elim for the exhibition to make it also run faster so alot of people can enter. It is FREE to enter and it’s possible to win cash. I want to give back to the 3s community that’s why i’m throwing in cash for the winners of the exhibition.
Singles will be Double Elim you might as well get your money’s worth. Teams and Exhibition will be on Saturday. Sunday will be singles only.

Hey Guys,
We at Don’t Blow This would like to be able to run GMC, that is Super Street Fighter II X: Grand Master Challenge, at this event, but we lack a Supergun to run this tournament, so I figured that I would post this message to the community to see if there was anyone with any spare Supergun that is compatible with the game to loan out to run this tournament as we have at least 3 boards available that are original. PM either me or Tetsuosan concerning this matter.
On a side note, we are available to stream for those who need streaming done for their tournament that will not appear on Sp00ky’s or anyone else’s stream. May the best player win.

Games start on Saturday, right? I just want to go for MvC3 but I need a more static schedule so I know how to plan my day in case my ride falls through and I have to take a train into NJ. I don’t plan on paying for any hotel when I live so close.
