The FF7 and FF8 bosses that die with a phoenix down
I always imagined Flame Lurker would be hard solo, but I luckily always had a party to fight him with. It’s was pretty much just run, spam magic arrows, repeat for me.
I do remember a boss in FF6 that I defeated without even getting a turn. Katana Soul. As soon as the battle started, he used some instant kill attack - and at least one of my guys had Reflect on them as a passive status effect. It reflected back at him and killed him. It was glorious.
Generic Dynasty Warriors soldiers are easily the easiest of all regular enemies. I’ve been merc’d by more goombas than I care to admit.
As for bosses, there’s a certain luchadore in SR3rd that’s TKO’d with a QTE.
I never beat the flame lurker. I loved the game but never progressed past him. I am doing fine in Dark Souls, though.
The generic DW mooks could still bring you down due to scratch damage on the hardest setting if you weren’t careful.
That said, I would still put them on the top spot for the easiest enemies ever, since they weren’t shit by themselves.
Any undead enemy or boss in a FF game will die to a Phoenix Down.
I remember that happening to me too, though not on my first run as a kid. I didn’t even think of it, and I loked up a guide later and it even recommended doing this. Tech?
Yeah, it happened to me without even knowing the battle was coming. Just open the chest, and bam, boss battle. Oh shit! I haven’t prepared at all, what the hell am I gonna… Oh. Well, that’s dandy.
 Damn!! I actually started feeling BAD for him near the end of the clip. Truly he is one of the most pitifull of bosses ever.

Abyss, with Cable
I think Sacred Stones deserves a mention. Assuming no Valni the game reaches peak difficulty at THE FUCKING PHANTOM SHIP. After that it gets progressively easier until you get to the final boss. At that point you have so many sacred weapons and so many good units that anybody and his dog can kill the Demon King with ease.
dark wesker, all you gotta do is not get hit by something random,on a serious note the boss on zelda oot in the deku tree he was wayy to easy
Eggman in Zone 1 of every Sonic game?
Ultimecia in FFVIII was also brain dead easy for me. It was just grinding for everything needed for the airtight defeat of her that was annoying.
Holy wars, maxed out stats, full Aura spells, and every GF junction unlocked as well as making sure triple cast was available to three characters. After all that, Ultimecia is dead fast.

I don’t know about you guys, but i always felt Ogre and his True Form as one of the easiest bosses i ever played against.
To be fair it’s been ages since i last played that game, but i have memories of beating him in 10 seconds or less.
Specially his True Form
I never understood why he was so lame on Zone 1.
Maybe it was some kind of inside joke, but it’s odd just seeing his idea in action, and realizing how flawed it was.
“Yo, got this large drill at the end of my truck. Going 35 miles per hour on this thing, idea is flawless!!”
I’m nit sure if this even counts but Letz Shake in No More Heroes. You don’t have to fight him since someone just killsteals him during the boss opening cutscene. You don’t have to fight the guy that killsteals him.
NO MORE HEROES SPOILERS
Spoiler
Well at least not until you fight him as the true final boss…
He’s just there. He gets killed. And then the game just moves on to the next rank.
The fuck?
Also final Sepiroth in FF7. You don’t even have to attack him if you don’t feel like it since Cloud will just automatically kill him by counterattacking him if he attacks you and he can’t even kill you.
Complaining about that is just missing the entire point of the battle being symbolic though.
I wouldn’t Letz Shake as a boss. He is just a cutscene.
You do though, fight him in NMH2
lol. I wanted to mention seph too. it’s like, once you’ve gotten that far, you’re pretty much the last boss. After you hit knights of the round and mimic, you’re pretty much not needed anymore. Sit back, grab a snack, and relax. Don’t worry, Your crew will do the rest.
