If you have Photoshop, I would definitely suggest sharpening up the picture. Personally, I can’t really tell what it is - it looks like there are some words behind the kanji (something ending in “tion”?). Sharpen the kanji, and maybe use a stronger shade for the letters at the top. If you want the letters in the back to stand out, use a different color.

If you aren’t using Photoshop, just use ms paint, fill the letters with a different color, and hope for the best

If you want, send me the original pictures and stuff in PM’s and I’ll see what I can do.

I pieced this together, tell me what you think. I changed the font slightly to make it look sharper small, increased the size on the kanji just slightly and reduced the size of the picture so that you could tell what it was

I’ll also upload the psd so you can fool with it if you don’t like.
