:tup: So all I need to do is buy the cps2 games I want and add 1 more button since TTT is a 5 button game.
No no no, I was just referring to the games I was mentioning. TTT is a jamma board as well though, so the same concept applies. They will all be interchangable.
As far as the extra button goes, that i’m unsure of. In a perfect world, you would only need to add one more button - however, I doubt it’s going to be that easy. All the CPS2 games have the same button setup, but I’m almost 100% positive that TTT doesn’t have the same button configuration (I know for a fact that it doesn’t work when you put a NeoGeo in a TTT cabinet - I had to wire another button on each side to get it to work). My guess is you’re going to have to wire 3 additional buttons on each side (aka: the kick harness), and switch between them when you play TTT. I can help you out with this if you like, just holla at me and I’ll come down one Saturday or Sunday.

Oh yea, the cabinet joysticks are at an angle. I was wondering if we could fix that also while we add the buttons to the cab also.

Sounds to me like this cabinet needs some MAJOR renovations. Is there not another cabinet out there already for the same price? If you could find ANY cabinet with a Capcom-style six button setup, it would probably be a lot easier on both of us in the long run…or either you really want to play TTT BAD

Actually, I was kidding in one way, and serious in another - I have the design worked out for the EMS avatars, and what I was going to do with you guys’ was invert the color scheme but keep the same layout so they looked similar, but still different enough to be able to tell that its a seperate group. Cool?

To continue, I already know that I’m going to extend out the bottom 4 more pixels and lower the bottom half a little more. Perhaps the names would need to be in a different font, and the logo would be a little smaller to leave more room for the pic. The border will be cut down a little more as well, just wanted to really bring out the bevelling. Any other suggestions would be great.
BTW Larry - am I driving to the ATL this weekend w/ those games? Let me know.
Well, for mine, change the outline color to red, and see what it looks like. If it looks like shit, change it to like a dark blue.

I think the font should be changed for the name. That font doesn’t look good small, can’t see it very well. I wanted to be able to put a screenname and a title underneath it, so i’ll change that too.
