DW3 was the last one I played. Enjoyed it and then played Samurai Warriors which was horrendous. I will play this new rendition because it’s HNK and for no other reason.

Why was Toki so Jesus like ? Its like he was Ryu and Jesus combined.
After Toki got sick, he left and used his hokutoshin ken to heal people. Toki style is like the tai chi version of the art, he teaches Ken this to defeat Raoh’s brutish style.

But really, like TFO said Toki was always the gentler of the brothers and after becoming terminally ill he decided to dedicate the rest of his life healing people.
It isn’t explicitly implied but Ken and Roah allude to the fact that Toki was superior to both of them in ability but lacked the killer instinct to become a successor.
P.S. Even when Toki kills people they don’t feel pain…so yea. :wtf:
In the anime, Ken states that Toki was already chosen to be the Hokuto successor by Ryuken with the flashback included. After Toki saves Ken and Yuria from the nuclear strike, he gives up his succession. I forgot how the manga states it though.
