Has anyone with Bitdefender managed to figure out how to connect without it blocking HackShield? I tried adding exceptions to the Antivirus and Firewall, but no dice.
Are you sure it’s the Bitdefender doing the blocking? Were you able to connect before installing Bitdefender? Is it a must for you to run Bitdefender during DFO play? Do you have all DFO components for all white lists?
There are other options like Comodo firewall, registry blockers, running DFO in a sandbox, etc.
I have not been on DFO past week because I’m very busy. I will be back. You guys better be training. :ninja:

i did get some golden apples and life tokens. I double checked the item redemption page and no dice nowhere to redeem Lethe’s Bell. Not sure if it was apart of a quest…but i did have 5 npc 28? (the one who is a badass) in my mailbox.
Really interested in starting with this game again, hoping to go into PVP when I get to a good level too. Didn’t get past 20 last time, started again a couple days ago and my Asura is 25 right now.
I want to make a quicker character next, but I’m split between m fighter (striker or nen) and monk. Leaning towards monk, but I don’t know if they’re good for PVE.
Where can I buy mana potions? My Asura practically has to be on an IV drip of them and I’m running dry.

BTW…still nothing on that. I get automatic email saying theres a high volume blah blah blah. I did get 5k nx compensation. I’m still not going to spend a penny more on this game until I get a definite answer, good or bad.
If you enjoy punching things, just make a Monk. You won’t regret it. Even if you have a PVP build, you should be able to hold your own in PVE.
Monks are godlike at PvP, they make it into semis in both Korean and American tournaments. They’re decent at PvE, but they can be godlike with gear. Seria sells lower level MP pots. For higher level, you can max mp ex. There’s also cheap MP gear like scholar arm. If you want to join the guild you can go to guild tab and type SRK or you can drop a character name here and someone will invite you. I’m very busy lately so I’m not on for long but I’m usually on every other day.
What kind of build you want? Offense, Defense, Sacrifice, Ancients, Otherverse, Farming, etc. Fairy commander is end game set. Adds louise, king, aura, zeal, glarine. Essence planar may look good but the lack of louise, aura, and zeal AND LOUISE is a huge loss. Essence: Master is nice for its +2 aura but it doesn’t have king. Plus I have all the essence planar coats so people shouldn’t get too excited about completing the set.

At level 11 right now unless Elder upped it recently. Totally forgot you’re part of SRK ever since Elder told me a while back. We would love to have another Monk in the guild.
For the Lethe’s, if you didn’t use it right away, it disappears from your inventory when you changed channels or characters. So it’s a compensation for a compensation. I guess your Monk can use one…

Basically these guys photochopped a screen shot item only to get back an undeserved highly reinforced item through the Nexon ticketing system. Circumventing TOS or finding loopholes is considered dishonesty and hacking by our guild. In SRK, we definitely do not tolerate this and you will be kicked. So many other legit players have been banned or lost items through hackers, and these guys will mess it up for them. Not cool at all. I can’t believe a social guild like LQQMPP would allow stuff like this.

Thought I up’d it. Been busy as hell. Got like 15 out of 168 hours of sleep this week. I’m going to scan the thread to see who won what in the events I had and expect pay outs within a week if not this Saturday. I’m disappointed in Neesa for not gracing my contest with her art skills and Iyana for not uploading a random video of her trolling someone in PvP for free stuff.

For DFOS, the day a guild full of hackers got exposed was the most traumatic experience of their entire DFO life. For us, it was Wednesday.
I might leave Kinetic for the SRK guild, just cuz I want to be around guys that play actual fighting games.
