Ah man i was getting it in altar and did me dirty i had a bad connect and fucked me over. I was stacking the shit out of int
Yeah stacking that INT in Altar helps out a lot for magic classes. I was doing a little bit of cooldown and int, and pretty much steamrolled through that bitch.
Also…Congrats to Elder for making that max out 70!
Router should be fix by tonight. I really need to get on that Outerverse grind.
ill go for the pvp group emms
anybody else up for it?
Lets get PvP group going.
I should be free Wednesday.
I finally started playing DFO again and created a new Slayer character. Quick question…
I’m currently at level 17, and will be 18 soon. I have about 250 SP. Should I buy some skills with it before I get to lvl 18 before I create a sub-class? Or should I continue to save it until lvl 18? What will happen to my SP once I get to lvl18?
Once you advance to your chosen subclass, you get a free SP reset. This allows you to experiment with the various basic skills available, before you decide on your class and build. You also now get another free reset when you awaken at 48+. That way, should you do something dumb with your build, you will hopefully realize this by the time you level that far.
Thank you very much for the detailed explanation. This is going to be a stupid question, but can you explain to me what exactly happens with an “Awakening”? I’ve heard this term over and over and over again, but never really understood what it means.
When you receive respecs it just moves used sp to unused sp. If you want someone from our guild to add you to our in-game SRK guild let us know your character name. Just like you advance at 18, you advance again at 48 and receive another free reset in the form of an item that you can choose not to use. You attain a new passive skill and the new active skill.
ok. i should be around 4-5pm pacific time
Hate to do this but I’m sorry that I can’t make it tonight. A new project came up and it should keep me busy for a good part of October. I won’t be on for town invasion tonight either. I might randomly log on for AH stuff for a little bit (only to put up items worth 30+ mil each) but putting up 900+ million worth of stuff over night is tiring and a waste of time relative to real life. Use this opportunity to get better because I won’t go easy on you.
Due to this and Fudd’s absence, I will pass down the officer spot from Fudd to Vestax when I get the opportunity to log on.
Congratulations to Vestax for officer.
You have permission to invite people to the guild as you see fit. Just remember the basic rules. No hacking, cheating, scamming, racism, spamming, etc. Everyone may be promoted to Junior, the Senior status is to be handed out by me only.
ok i understand ur situation emms. i will spend 9999999999999999999 hrs in practice to get better. grats vestax:)
i guess i wont be on anytime soon i’m getting an “AHNHS HSUpdate Fail - Cannot connect to server”
I got this one earlier. But I relogged and was able to get back on.
That’s right and here’s for everyone saying male spits are garbage:

For anyone having trouble with DFO, Nexon messed up the code for other browsers so use Internet Explorer to connect.
I litterally had to start from scratch
I need opinions on the following subclasses:
Soul Bender
Mechanic
Brawler
Exorcist (As in, what type is good for PvE)
Nen Master
What are the general opinions of these classes, and what are the best weapon types for them?
Thanks, guys.
I feel like jumping back on the game now. It’s been a while so I don’t know if I should just start a new character or keep going with the one I had.
I can tell you a bit about nens. Nens are great in pve and use knuckles for the magic damage but sometimes use tonfas if you like the stats on them. They are one of the best classes for parties due to their bubbles, buffs (stim breath, khai, and tiger flash if you want to), and ability to electrocute enemies. They can be fine in pvp because they can play a zoning game and can do some decent damage with their cube skills. Other classes someone can tell you about because I don’t want to misinform you on anything, especially about weapon types.
I’m thinking of coming back to play in about a week or so. I’ve been backed up by a lot of work, so pretty much I haven’t had a lot of time to enjoy any video game.
Thanks a lot. I need to get back to my Nen Master.
Anyone who wants into the SRK guild post the character name in this thread or PM in-game SupremeMagic, Rizzall, or Takumasama.
Soul Bender
PvE: Mine is around lvl55. Kazan and bremen are amazing for solo but really shine in party and cube circles control space. Tombstone is a damage dealer. Your basic non-cube is either Moonlight or Ghost Slash. Ghost slash is massive damage but slow while Moonlight is faster and now has super armor at beginning making it even better. For moonlight use the element that counters your dungeon, such as fire type in bwanga. A lot of people don’t like bender because for solo he is timing attack with circle cooldowns too heavy and cube heavy.
PvP: Massive trolling in your circles. Learn to ghost step invincibility through everything and go on offensive when khala and phant slash off cool. Of course you need to learn how to use the basic slayer moves as well for approach/etc.
Nen
PvE: My lvl70 nen is invincible in PvE. Petals will absorb any one hit and give you a massive buff. In between petal cooldown you have regular bubble and ex bubble. I also maxed crouch ex, which gives me instant invincibility when I want it. Stim is a must max for both cast and attack speed. Khai is a godly physical percent buff, godly for party percent physical classes but not for nen because nen doesn’t have strength from cloth armor mastery and strong physical skills (unless you want to wear light armor and max tornado kick/air walk and be special). Nen shot/cannon is a pretty godlike non-cube, especially since mine is like level38 with gear. If you have maxed energy shield, get the angelic power knuckle. I dropped energy shield and have a vestige tonfa which helps me maintain godly evasion. I have kind of a non-standard build. Outside of nen shot/cannon, for better bosses I have dragon and awaken. Lion roar stun helps and grand roar is a good party buff and instant damage. My maxed tiger flash fills in the space in between and I plan to get some more tiger flash chronicle 2 pieces to increase its duration.
PvP: Nens are a lot better in PvP. They can easier 100% now if they get lucky with lion roar stun. Some tricks are casting nen guard when an attack is about to hit to be able to counter and there is no shame in trolling inside/behind/around dopple blast and cannon. Indom is a must. You can do bubble + dragon against people who are really bad or have bad move speed. The channel link I posted above should have a hero 10 nen in there so watch those matches.
Mech
PvE: Make a female mech. Basically, max camo and all g-series. Run around invisible while g-series does the work. Max sparrow, mech drop, awaken to use against stronger enemies and memory, robotics, and I forgot what else, and it wasn’t time bomb.
PvP: Male mech, although female can beast here too. Secret runner helps you spawn double runners and drop max time bombs and use remote detonate or aimed detonation to auto explode or launch at an area. Auto explode is almost instant, with aimed detonation the bombs can be blocked or killed before they explode. Your goal is to keep away while find opportunities to combo. Tools that can help you prevent approach and create an opening are maxed grenade, rising shot, steep slide, at least one point flame thrower, and I’m probably forgetting something even though I have a mech almost 60. Learning the viper combo to counter gravity is a must just like moving shot is a must for rangers, although mech only needs 1 point viper. Again, watch videos, I will try to find them and edit my post. This combo: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mGpExj2-3qg&feature=player_detailpage#t=132s
Brawler
PvE: People say she sucks in PvE. I think she isn’t that good solo but is great to have in a party. Net, brick, and lvl1 junk spin auto stun are very useful. Bremen from soul bender helps a ton or you can max taunt. It annoys some classes when you mount though.
PvP: I think they’re good but a lot of people argue they lack approach tools and just degrade to seismic luck. I don’t know them, I just mash in PvE.
Exorcist:
Ask Nerull. He is the OGC of Exorcist. Why is his main still banned. WTH NEXON
I should be free because I’m Jewish (holidays). I can help you level if you want.
You can do both. Make a new character and play the one you have, then make the choice or just alternate between both.
I should be studying right now but I’m burnt out and going to log onto DFO right now.
