Nexon Forums - Officially Unofficial NEXON-Sponsored Tournament (Rules Thread) check it out guys
wtf i thought you quit the game, and now you are community representative. Did you get anyone to level up marns characters for him hahaha
anyway wb Ceirnian
I’ll probably be coming back to this game very soon
That’s pretty cool. I was wondering though, if someone participated, would you have brackets up before hand? I was wondering because some people just don’t have compatible connections even though they can connect to others fine. I was wondering if brackets pop up earlier, then they can take the initiative to check to see if they have a decent connection to each other. I know it would sound like a lot of work though if a lot of people send requests to change a match due to connection issues. And there is the problem if someone is actually lying so they don’t play the matchup though, so it’s understandable if they don’t want to take all the work to do that. The rule saying that if both people can’t play due to the lag, then they both get eliminated is gonna get me worried because probably 1/3 of the time I just can’t connect to someone.
I would help anyone run stuff if they wanted, but I haven’t been playing anything in a while, I’ve been really busy this week. Though I can help anyone if they want to later like say the weekend.
Decided to sign up on my nen :nunchuck:. Even though I’m not really that geared and haven’t played as much as I used to might as well give it a shot since it’s free. There seriously is a lot of signups so it’s good to see an active community for this. Here’s the sign-up thread for you guys who are interested.

I’m not gonna get mvc3 until my birthday on the 20th anyway, so I might hit up some pvp sessions later this week, though I do have a shitload of work to get done before tuesday. :shake:
You were right XD. I burned myself out completely doing that. Im getting interested again, so I’ll log on in a week or so.
Cool to see you online again. Was going to ask if you wanted to run anything but you logged off, and I fell asleep a couple minutes after that so I ended up not playing. Maybe tonight if I’m free.
My Summoner is being added to the guild (Trishe)
I saw the guild chat before I left today and saw that fragment merchant was there while I was asleep. I also checked 3pm EST and no luck either. I hope that merchant will stop by before the event ends since I have hundreds of event drops.

The first thing I immediately noticed on her maiden run was how much quicker she is compared to the normal Mage. Her attack combo and Dragon Fang are a little weird to get used to, but I was looking for a manual-friendly kind of character and I think I found one.
Don’t use the AH today nor transfer items. There’s some bug and I just got owned hard.
Last time I lost millions and pinks all I got were random blues mailed to me as compensation, so it’s not worth taking the risk and hoping a ticket will fix it.
Yeah Im gonna jump on today around. 5 or 6 pm central time.
Looks like I’m in.
Kind of in a tough spot though. My pad basically is trash now since the analog stick keeps going down. Looks like I’ll have to plug in the arcade stick and try to see if I can work with it. I might need to practice with it during the week to feel comfortable.
Signed up, but not in the brackets. Yet…

G fucking G. If you’re going to lottery brackets, at least eliminate idiots below level 45. Just when I thought this “tournament” couldn’t fail any harder.
It was made to give everyone a chance, regardless if they’re good or not, or just alt troll pvp characters. I know it’s upsetting for you because it’s hard enough to find someone to fight you when you’re a legit hero, especially when the chance of a good connection is low. The servers were surprising faster after the crash earlier. I’ll be on Wednesday night for questing/pvping/etc.
Let me know how that works out. If you can manage with an arcade stick, I might make a Nen.
Well I had to do a lot of button mapping again and I have to do stuff like spiral and khai manually. My space bar is also set to the skill 2 button which is the one that normally does all the buffing. I put some buffs on kb like stim breath and tiger flash. One problem I have is I have to map neck snap somewhere on the stick but I have a lot of important buttons. On the start and select on the stick I have the nen guard and dopples set there. I was playing around with the analog and dpad slider on the arcade stick I have and you can set a button to a direction but honestly playing with toggles like that mid match would feel funky. I’m also gonna try to see if there is a toggle in xpadder to see if I can set more than one thing on a button such as if I hold b for example, x would become something else.
Thanks to those who contributed to the guild advancement. =)
want to keep the thread alive…btw i made new Priest:Drimus.i wanted to make a monk so i can punch things.

Hey there “I’m not sleepy”… while on the 41st floor of the tower. LOL :shy:
I’ve made a couple of sticks out of MDF and was planning to do another one just for DFO. I have enough parts to make like 5 sticks lol. Though, I do a lot of command stuff anyways but hot keys are so damn convenient.
Question is this… how many buttons you think would be appropriate without overdoing it? I’m thinking 12 button stick should suffice.
