How would this be a feature of only after 2i? I don’t see any reason why they can’t be banning people for it already if they wanted to. They already detect if any forbidden processes are running they would just have to add those to the block list.
edit: If you do have a revolver FRanger pre and maybe post 2i build I’d like to see it to figure out what I should really be using my like extra 500 points on

They already are banning for it, they just haven’t updated their detection enough. Ask them in a ticket, they will tell you auto key and turbo are a ToS violation. You may use a turbo controller, but you may NOT use the turbo functionality.

I assume that’s like a multigun PvP build? I’m running more PvE Revolver but I see what most of the general concepts overall are. By the time I hit 60 I’ll end up with like 400 or so extra SP that I don’t really know what to do with yet

Just use the standard kDNF league rules or whatever because there isn’t anything official in DFO.
Basics:
No epics/chronicles/outer/etc (Terra banned in some newer leagues).
No auto key/turbo, hacks, etc (earlier leagues allowed it even though it’s against ToS and results in account ban).
No rare/premium ava.
Level req for items is I think 60 rares, 55 legacies, and 50 pinks.
Non premium/event pets only.
Contracts banned.
Active awakening banned, passive awakening allowed.
No throwing items (Brawler doesn’t need anyway), clear cubes allowed for cube skills.
Only quest titles allowed up to 60 (iirc, there was a ton of non-translated text listing restrictions).
No item/ava swapping when hit.

Also DFO tournaments aren’t realistic due to the current netcode. It would be like playing Street Fighter with random collisions, aka random hadoukens going through people, imagine playing gief and having 360 always whiff. Example: BBQ jack spikes but never grabs due to collision false.

We are interested, most of us just have network issues to the point where DFO PvP is unplayable. It’s from Nexon’s side, we can run more taxing P2P games fine, it’s just Nexon netcode (I’m not bashing them, just stating the fact so they do something about it). I understand but that might take a while. I am trying my best but I still have to work with what I can use for now before I make some big calls right. Just trying to do anything to get the community more active haha
I would play PvP more if I actually you know…played PvE more. The few times I did play with some of the guild members was fun. Dispite the delay and lagspikes. But my interest in this game has greatly decreased. Plus it doesn’t help that PvP with the west coast players is pretty much impossible most of the time.
Sup Justin. Cool to see you’re playing again. Don’t know if you’re planning on joining the guild or not, but either way, it’d be cool if you wanted to chat with some of us, e.g. me, Elder, Fudd, SixMachine, etc. if you want perspective from experienced DFO players who also come from a fighting game background.
DFO PvP is what made me start playing the game, and what keeps me playing it. Dungeons are just filler necessary for making my character(s) fit for high level PvP, like fighting games’ story modes. The fact that I love PvP so much, is what makes it so painful to endure. Imagine if SFIV could only be played online, on 56k connections. No one would play it. And no one will take DFO seriously as a competitive game in America until it is improved in some way. At the best of times, matches have minor lag, but are playable. 4/5 times though, it’s just not worth the effort. Serious online tournaments are simply not feasible at this point in time, as much as I would enjoy that.

Sup, It’s nice to see what you’re doing. But yea I remember I tried to run some pvp sessions and some mini-tourney just for the guild and there was incompatible connections all around that we couldn’t even play half our matches.
If anyone wants to pvp with me tonight I’ll be up for it. I tried to go back into pvp a few days ago after not trying it in a while and noticed I was pretty horrible, so I think I need some matches to shake off the rust.
