it maps the buttons, but its not mapping the joystick
Hmm, dunno then. I remember the first day the game didn’t work with xpadder for me too but luckily for me it recognized it in game.
which stick do you have?
i have madcatz se 360, set on dp (dpad)
I like my setup a lot.
I use the joystick on my EX2 (could use my custon stick but figured I’d use my non-important stick), with hotkeys on my keyboard. So basically I move with a stick (through Xpadder) and control attacks with my keyboard. It works really well. I recommend it to all of you.
Anyone found any good Soul Bringer builds yet?
whats the fastest class movement wise?
whats the fastest class attack speed wise?
is it possible to do something similar to wave dashing in and out? im about to dl and you might be able to tell i like speed.
Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but based on what I’ve seen:
I am pretty sure that all the classes can be similar speed movement wise, depending on equipment.
Fighter -> Striker is the fastest attacking speed in the game. I think Priest -> Monk and maybe Slayer -> Weapon Master can get pretty fast too.
All the melee classes have dashing attacks and either Backstep, Sway (monk), or some kind of attack that lets them get in and out of combat. There’s nothing like WD in the sense that WD is a mechanic, but you can simulate that style with a combination of attacks.
Been recording how much exp I get per run trying to figure out if straight boss runs yields better exp per fatigue point or not. I still need more data, because it’s still kind of hard to compare Boss run Silver with Full Clear when the ranks are different.
FA | Run type |Rank| EXP | Dungeon | Difficulty | Exp per Fatigue | Personal Difficulty
15 (Full Clear -one room) SS 73476 Outerwall Kings 4898.4 Easy
15 (Full Clear -one room) SS 76589 Outerwall Kings 5105.933 Easy
12 (Half the map) A 53208 Purgatorium Masters 4434 Med
08 (Boss run) A 50573 Silver King 6321.625 Annoying
21 (Full Clear) S 153055 Silver King 7288.333 FUCK YOU
Madcatz sticks don’t work.
There’s a Korean Soul Bender who has done well in the past two OGN leagues, easily the best player on his team. Sadly all the VODs seem to start after the part where they would have shown his build T_T
I have a few guesses as to how his build looks, but it wouldn’t be “exactly” the same.
If you want the math to confirm it, go ahead, but in general rushing toward the boss is the best idea for xp to fatigue ratio. The only time you should do full runs would be if you’re going to run out of fatigue on your very last run.
does anyone who doesn’t suck ass want to team for pvp? i’m tired of teaming with randoms.
I think as far as straight-up running is concerned, there is no outrunning a Fighter.
howd you get xpadder to work!?!?
i tried and for sure its reading it, i even ran xpadder as admin
and the madcatz stick buttons do work via hotkeys in game, just not the pad.
so if i can get movement to work through xpadder or any other means for the joystick i’d really appreaciate it!
if nto i’ll settle for 360 controller ;-;
I added two more runs: an actual full clear of Outerwall (all 16 rooms) and another Boss run of Silver Night.
Going from 15 rooms to 16 rooms in Outerwall gave an extra ~200 exp per room/fatigue. Silver night Full Run S vs Silver Night Boss run SS, the full run still gives more exp per room/fatigue despite being a lower rank.
SS gives 20% more bonus exp up from the 15% bonus from S and the 10% bonus from A.
It seems at behemoth levels its looking like you get more exp if you full clear. Not to mention you get more gold at the end (not counting the gold the monster drops either), and better chance at getting better items. The only downside is that it takes longer to clear and likely requires more health pot usage if you’re bad at dodging. A lot of times in Silver Night, I won’t run into a healing fairy at all. Which makes me not like running it, and that stupid Hunter disk throwing bitch pisses me off to no end.
This is still a small amount of Data and as I run more and more stuff, I notice that the end exp can vary still.

I’ve been trying out the game, and I like how jugglecentric it is.

Soul Bender’s have that invincible run and the “full screen” grab.
Has anyone’s Epic Quest 3 completely dissappeared?
